Lost Chance
So Liz and Dino met for drinks—
A hotel bar—Victorian.
It’s such a shame—in fact, it stinks—
That both of them looked saurian.
Their lizard tongues that lapped their booze—
So unappealing to the two,
So each went home, alone, to snooze,
And missed their chance for whoop-de-do.
